The exceptional flexibility and understanding of the staff truly stood out, as they effortlessly accommodated my late arrival at 2 in the morning, allowing me to modify my reservation for an additional guest with a nominal fee. The seamless extension of my stay until noon for just 1000Y showcased their commitment to guest satisfaction. The provision of complimentary luggage storage post-checkout exemplified their attention to detail and guest convenience. This level of service, combined with the hotel's prime location near a diverse range of dining options, including the tantalizing Motsunabe Specialty Restaurant Kokoya Meieki West Entrance, made my experience truly extraordinary.
